  • Contribution Range: $250 minimum – $10,000 maximum (for amounts above $10,000, contact us directly).

  • Distributions: Annual payouts for 7 years, capped at 5x total contribution.

  • No Equity: This is a revenue share, not ownership. Returns depend on NoamAI revenues.
