The story of the Garden of Eden is one of the foremost building blocks of human consciousness. God and humankind, man and woman, animals and Adam - all meet for the first time.
Hope and potential for the human race are bound up in a sense of mystery - a snake who knows something of the will of God, the spiritual dynamic of sin, repentance and the atonement and at the center of the story - and of the Garden - the Tree of Life and the Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil.
In our new series, Walking in the Garden, we explore these basic symbols of our existence to understand how they became the roots of the Abrahamic Covenant.
